Terms & Conditions

All animals are to be between 6 months and 15 years of age and be fully vaccinated to a C5 or F3 level. Two consecutive vaccinations must be shown upon admission

YassPets is a "companion boarding facility" for our canine visitors and they are matched according to size, age and gender, unless requested or required to board alone. Additional fees will be charged for pets boarding alone.

All male cats must be desexed

YassPets reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal

Accounts for pet/s being delivered home will be processed by credit card on departure. Long term boarders will have monthly payments processed on the credit card.

The full period booked will be charged during school holiday periods

Boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis

The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding in effect on the date the pet is checked into YassPets (as advised in the price list)

The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the pet during the time the pet is in Yass Pets care

The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet while it is in YassPets care

The owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances

All charges incurred by the owner must be paid before the pet leaves Yass Pets

If all charges are not paid, YassPets has the right to offer the pet for public sale. If such a sale does not secure a price adequate to cover the charges and the cost of sale, the owner is liable to YassPets for the difference. Yass Pets may take this course of action if not advised of a pick up date within two (2) weeks of the advised dates

Under no circumstances will Yass Pets, or its employees or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of YassPets, its employees or agents, that may occur to any pet staying at YassPets

By agreeing to these conditions the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the pet. The owner acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favor of YassPets, which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to contract

Executive Cubbies: If in the event the pet damages furniture, bedding or any part of the suite, clients may be charged for the damage incurred. If this occurs the pet may be moved to the standard accommodation and the price will revert back to the standard kennel pricing.

Playtime: Yass Pets, its staff and agents will not be liable for any problems which develop, provide reasonable care and precautions are followed, and the client hereby releases them from any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from the dog's attendance and participation in this service.

While the anonymous statistical data we collect may be aggregated and used in broader statistical analysis by us and our web monitoring service provider to improve our services, at no time can we personally identify you as the source of that data. The kinds of personal information we collect and store will depend on what products and services you request from us. This information may include the dates you intend to board your pet/s, preferred Vet Agency personal information you give us when you make a booking. This may include your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and credit card details; communications between you and us; and transactional information about your use of our products and services (eg, your feedback on your pet's stay with us or training experience). If we use or disclose your personal information for a purpose (the "secondary purpose") other the main reason for which it was originally collected (the "primary purpose"), to the extent required by law, we will ensure that: the secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose of collection (and directly related in the case of sensitive information), and you would reasonably expect that we would use or disclose your information in that way; or you have consented to the use or disclosure of your personal information for the secondary purpose; or the use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law; or the use or disclosure is otherwise permitted by law (for example, as a necessary part of an investigation of suspected unlawful activity).

Securing your Personal Information
