DIRECTION NOTES:

From Canberra

Come down the Barton Highway and take the 1st turn to Yass at the roundabout take YASS RIVER ROAD (see below for directions from Yass River Rd).

From Sydney

Travel down the Hume Highway until you are about 12 kms from Yass (you will have just travelled down a long hill with a sweeping curve to the right at the bottom of the hill—make sure you are in the left lane). Just past the McDonalds sign take Yass Valley Way.

At the roundabouts come around the first roundabout and over the Barton Highway overpass to the second roundabout and take the left turn into YASS RIVER ROAD (see below for directions from Yass River Rd).
 

From Melbourne

Travel up the Hume Highway (staying on the Hume highway and pass the Yass Service Centre), then take the Barton Highway turn off to Canberra. Travel along the Barton Highway to the exit to Yass (left hand lane). Ahead you will see 2 roundabouts, one on either side of the Barton Hwy. Drive around the first roundabout, over the Barton Highway overpass to the second roundabout and take YASS RIVER ROAD (see below for directions from Yass River Rd).

From Yass

Travel towards Canberra from the town centre on Yass Valley Way. At the Barton Highway roundabouts travel around the first roundabout as if travelling back to Yass and take YASS RIVER ROAD (see below for directions from Yass River Rd).

From YASS RIVER ROAD

Travel down YASS RIVER ROAD 4.5ks, immediately before BUCKMASTERS BRIDGE turn left off Yass River Road into Manton Road. Manton Road entrance looks like a private entrance. Drive through the ‘Chilton’ farmyard.

Please be aware that there are often children playing in the farm yard, the children are at times unsupervised. There are also dogs loose in the farm yard, so please reduce speed and drive with caution through the farm yard. With respect to the owners privacy we request that you do not stop and ask directions, you are on the correct route. Thank you for your assistance.

After the farmyard travel approximately 1 k and YASS BOARDING KENNELS & CATTERY is the 2nd driveway on the right hand side. There is a sign on the gate which is set back off Manton Rd approximately 15 metres.
